Efficient transportation facilities have long been a hallmark of New York, where a strong network of facilities include interstate highways, opportunities for mass transit options, and major airports.

New residents have 30 days to register their vehicles and obtain a New York State drivers license. Acceptable proof of identity, age, and residency are required.
