An adorable community nestled right on Lake Winnipesaukee in Paugus Bay. This is a studio suite fully furnished and ready for you to call home for Laconia's famous Motorcycle Week! The studio includes a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin on top, in addition to a pull-out couch. Sleeps 4. Less than a 10-minute ride to Weirs Beach, 5 minutes from major shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. You couldn't be any closer to the action! Hi Spot also includes a kayak launch and private association sandy beach. The facility rents kayaks and paddleboards, or you can bring your own! There is also a back deck that has a beautiful view of the lake for you to enjoy with your coffee or a meal. Parking for one vehicle only. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted. All tenants will provide a $250 security deposit for damages in addition to the weekly rent of $2200, for a total of $2750.
