Malvern is a unique, small town village in Chester County, approximately 25 miles west of Philadelphia.  The Borough is 1.3 square miles and has a population of approximately 3,200.  Malvern has experienced significant growth over the past few years and continues to see tremendous revitalization in both the residential and commercial districts.  Convenient to shopping, schools, transportation and recreation, the Borough features many large estates and farms scattered throughout rolling hills and open countryside.  Through the efficiencies of the SEPTA transportation system, commuting is surprisingly rapid.  Varied in the ages and styles of its homes, the area offers everything from 200-year-old farmhouses to contemporary luxury homes on sprawling acreage.  Malvern Borough is part of the Great Valley School District, which provides outstanding public education to the children of East Whiteland, Willistown and Charlestown townships and the Borough.
