Nashville serves as the capital of Tennessee, as well as a vital transportation, business and tourist center for the entire nation. This dynamic eight-county region known as the Nashville MSA (Metropolitan Statistical Area) claims a population in excess of one  million. New residents and business alike have been drawn by the region’s superb quality of life, favorable tax structure, and flourishing economy. The Nashville MSA has experienced an average growth rate of approximately 25 percent since 1980 with Williamson, Rutherford, and Cheatham Counties in the leading positions.

Climate

Glorious springs, spectacular autumns, and mild winters make Middle Tennessee a delightful place to call home. The winter temperatures average between 30 and 50 degrees; spring averages between 40 and 70; and fall averages between 50 to 75.
