Registration Requirements
•You must be 18 years old by the day after the election.
•You must be a United States citizen at least 30 days prior to registration.
•You must be a resident of your election district at least 30 days prior to the election in order to
cast your vote.
Registration Location
•You may register to vote at the courthouse of the county in which you
reside. Bring proof of age such as diver’s license or birth certificate and also proof of residency (rental agreement or home sales agreement).
•You may also register by mail by
obtaining a form at any city or township office, public library or the United States Post Office.
