Loch Arbor Borough, located along the Atlantic Ocean in eastern Monmouth County, was originally part of Ocean Township. It is characterized as an upscale beachfront community of several hundred residents. Only one-tenth of a square mile, Loch Arbor is the smallest Monmouth County municipality. The township provides recreational amenities that include athletic fields, tennis courts, playgrounds, a swimming pool, golf courses, conservation areas, and supervised programs for residents of all ages. The Village is bordered by the Borough of Allenhurst on the north and the City of Asbury Park on the south. It is centrally located about an hour south of NYC and east of Philadelphia, and is asily accessible via the Garden State Parkway, Route 18 and Route 195.
