Indian Rocks Beach is located on a barrier island on the West Coast of Florida.  It is north of Indian Shores and south of Belleair Shore and Belleair Beach.  The intimate community of Indian Rocks Beach stretches along several miles of prime waterfront.  This charming beachfront community offers single-family homes, condominiums and townhomes that enjoy a prime beach location.  The West side of Gulf Blvd has the sandy beaches, beach cottages, homes, high rise condominiums, and a few businesses.  The Eastern side of Indian Rocks Beach has the canals or frontage on the Intracoastal Waterway.  Most waterfront condos, townhouses, and single family homes are East of Gulf Blvd. and many have boat docking facilities.  Indian Rocks Beach housing also includes many inland homes and complexes.  Residents include young families, empty nesters, northern snowbirds, and active retirees.
