Welcome to Tower Ridge Camp! Get away from it all at this great Modern Day Cabin which features an efficiency building with attached shelter for outdoor enjoyment. The brick/limestone building was built in 2004 and remodelled when the shelter was built in 2017. The property borders Hoosier National Forest near the entrance to Deam Wilderness area. The building is one big open room with the exception of the separated bathroom with tiled shower. The open room includes spaces designated as living room, kitchen and bedroom. It is heated and cooled by a heat pump. There is a security system, all LED lighting, 200 AMP electric panel, 2 separate 30 AMP service panels on the exterior for RV hook ups, an outdoor shower, and a 1, 000 gallon holding tank for waste. If someone wants to live at the property full time, then Monroe County will require a Presby septic system to be installed. There is no stove; owners cook outside. Furniture (with the exception of the leather chair) is included. There is storage space in the attic. Alarm notifies owner if heat or AC isn't working which prevents burst pipes in low temperatures and over heating in high temperatures.
