1669 Plainfield Avenue

A home straight out of a fairytale--stained glass, original wood work, a cozy fireplace and the absolute best vibes. This 5 bedroom 2 bathroom home is located right in the middle of Creston (literal seconds from the farmers market and Michigan's #1 school--City Middle/High). What makes this property TRULY special, is the floor plan. The main floor features a large primary bedroom, living room, formal dining room, a full bath and TWO kitchens. Close the door between the kitchens to create a private rental space or keep it open and utilize the second kitchen as a fabulous butler's pantry. Upstairs, you'll find a beautifully remodeled bathroom with a soaking tub and 3 sizeable bedrooms. The finished basement offers flexible space as an additional bedroom, recreation area, or potential rental opportunity. Outside, you'll find a covered porch, a fenced-in yard, and a two-stall garage (a rare find in the city). This is a home you will have to see to believe!
