12 Water Street 403

Live right in the heart of downtown Mystic. Unit 403 at Factory Square is a bright, fully furnished studio of about 700 SF on the 4th floor. It has a private balcony and treetop views. The open layout has updated wide-plank flooring throughout. Two sliding glass doors fill the living area with natural light and open onto the balcony. A ceiling-mounted shelving unit separates the sleeping area from the living space, so the studio feels like it has a separate bedroom. There's plenty of storage, with a large double closet plus a second closet off the entry. The galley kitchen comes with white cabinetry, dark countertops, an electric range, an over-the-range microwave, a dishwasher and a full-size refrigerator. The full bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a vanity with storage. The unit comes move-in ready with a sofa, dining set for four, queen bed, nightstand, entertainment unit and decor. Central heat and A/C keep it comfortable all year, and heat and hot water are included in the rent. You're steps from downtown Mystic's restaurants, shops, the waterfront and the drawbridge. Rent: $1,950/month
