33055 HILLSIDE ACRES RD

A unique opportunity in Gold Beach! Oceanview Community Church, situated on 0.89 acres, offers a variety of possibilities for its next owner. The church features a sanctuary, fellowship hall, kitchen, nursery, and a charming bell tower. Also included is a 1979 single-wide manufactured home (parsonage) with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The property is served by city water and septic and offers a large parking area. Once enjoyed ocean views, now obscured by mature trees. Both the church and residence could benefit from some TLC, but the potential is certainly there! Whether you're looking to establish a new church congregation or explore other possibilities, there is plenty of opportunity here for someone with vision, and this distinctive property is worth a look!
