Bring your vision and your tool belt! This village property has been taken down to the studs and framed, so it’s close to a blank slate. Continue to finish it as a duplex or turn it into a single-family home. The current framing lays out a 3 bed, 2 bath lower unit and a 3 bed, 2 bath upper unit, and a third-floor loft with more potential. Much of the heavy lifting has been started: basement foundation walls rebuilt, concrete poured, beams doubled and support walls added. The basement has exterior access. The standout feature is a large barn with an approx. 30 ft wide garage opening, several sections and attic storage. It’s ideal for vehicles, equipment, toys or a workshop. The lot is approx. half an acre, with trees cleared. Some new windows and materials on site may be negotiable. Close to Fort Drum and area lakes. A great opportunity for contractors, investors or handy buyers!
