12 Sunset Avenue

2,369 sq. ft. Trumbull Colonial boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a 2-car garage and nearly 1/3 acre. Hardwood flooring throughout central air, living room with a fireplace, formal dining room, main level laundry and eat-in kitchen with pantry. The generous primary suite features a vaulted ceiling, a private full bath, walk-in closet and sliders to a balcony. Enjoy all that Trumbull has to offer: award winning schools, town pools, golf, parks, dining, convenient highway access and nearby walking and biking trails. The dishwasher does not work. The right side garage door does not work/as is. The appliances that are in the house are for the tenant to use, but the lease does not come with appliances, so if they break, the tenant will have to replace them if they want that appliance. If the water bill goes above $50/month the tenant will pay the difference.
