1727 Right Poor Valley Road

What a great piece of land for recreation in Lee County, VA! These 17 +/- acres offer plenty of opportunities for the outdoor enthusiast, with large wildlife such as deer and small game. A unique feature is the Stone Mountain ATV Trail System, which crosses the top of the mountain. The new owner would need to open up the trails leading to the top of the property for easier access. The property also includes a basement home that is currently uninhabitable and needs substantial repairs and renovation. While it may offer potential for someone willing to take on a major project, it should not be considered move-in ready. Depending on the buyer's plans and the work needed, it may offer potential for a future hunting camp or other recreational use. The owner is selling the property AS IS, with no warranties, and will not pay for inspections. Buyers should conduct their own due diligence regarding the condition of the home and the property.
