106 Redwood Manor

Once you step inside you will forget this is a mobile home!!! Seller who is a skilled contractor has completely remodeled this home beautifully for his family and now it can be yours for a fraction of what a traditional home would cost! This home has 5 bedrooms, and 3 baths, a living room, dining room, kitchen and utility room, along with a front porch, side porch, and covered concrete pad for two cars. Seller is even leaving a brand new metal carport and shed for the new buyer. 5th bedroom off the kitchen does not have a closet and would make a great office space, play room or additional family room. Spacious Primary bedroom has walk in closet and large bathroom with shower and soaker tub. Seller completely gutted the home and installed insulation and drywall throughout, laminate and lvp flooring, almost all windows have been replaced, newer roof, 3 mini splits to heat and cool the home, siding painted and skirting installed, crawl and skirting is insulated as well. Front and back porch redone, front porch roof extended, newer standard size front door, built in electric fireplace in livingroom, newer fixtures throughout, all 3 bathrooms were done using high quality tile and ceramic that you would not expect in a mobile home. All appliances stay. Lot rent includes internet. This is such a great home for the price!!!
