85+/- Acres 22nd Street

Eight miles west of Necedah and just south of Hwy 21, this 85-acre Juneau County tract provides enough space to bring the family back to deer camp with room to roam as it adjoins more than 3,000 acres of county land. A truck/SUV suitable trail from 22nd St. leads to an off-grid campsite. Near camp, an old drainage ditch holds water nearly year-round and serves as a wildlife travel corridor. The surrounding landscape is a blend of upland hardwoods and marsh, with timber made up mostly of black oak, and red maple along with scattered white pine, white oak, and birch. From an aerial view, several pinch points stand out where larger blocks of timber neck down into narrow connecting routes. Two elevated box blinds overlook a number of these features. Ideal for a buyer looking to expand trails and add micro food plots. Electric and fiber along 22nd St. Short drive to the 58,000-acre Meadow Valley Wildlife Area and close proximity to Petenwell, Eagles Nest, and the Wisconsin River.
