Rarely available annual rental in The Classics at Lely Resort! This lakefront 3-bedroom plus den, 3.5-bath luxury residence is located in the gated enclave of Classics Plantation Estates at Lely Resort, with southern exposure and single-level living. The heart of the home is the outdoor space. A screened lanai wraps a heated infinity-edge pool and spa that seem to spill toward the lake, with all-day sun and views you'll enjoy from morning coffee to sunset. Inside, the open great room and kitchen keep everyone connected, and a formal dining room is ready for hosting. A private den works well as a home office or guest space. The primary suite has its own lanai access and a spa-style bath, and the guest bedrooms sit on the opposite side of the home for privacy. The location puts the best of Southwest Florida close by. Marco Island's beaches, waterfront dining and boating are a short drive south. Rookery Bay Reserve, Isles of Capri and Collier-Seminole State Park offer kayaking, fishing and miles of mangrove trails. Downtown Naples, Fifth Avenue, Third Street South and the Naples Pier are an easy drive north, and the Naples Botanical Garden and Tin City are on the way. Pickleball players are minutes from the US Open Pickleball Championships venue in East Naples. Within Lely Resort itself, residents have golf on the public Flamingo Island and Mustang courses and tree-lined sidewalks for walking and biking. Don't miss this opportunity to make the Lely Resort lifestyle your own!
