Log style home with beautiful views of Lake Nantachie, near the public boat launch in Montgomery, LA!. This one and a half story home sits on approximately 1.4 acres and was completely remodeled with a rustic look. Three bedrooms and a large loft area provide ample room for guests to sleep - loft not included in square footage. Large living room with an upstairs reading nook next to the built-in library. Additional living area in large bedroom at back of home, two full bathrooms, kitchen to include: stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and disposal. Outside, you will enjoy the added decks off from the kitchen, an enclosed party room with a like-new 6 person HOT TUB with waterfall, and a built-in table to seat ten for those family barbeques.
