TBD (Tracts 8 & 13) St Delight

Escape to nearly 60 acres in the rolling hills of Bastrop County, where every part of the property offers something different. Tall pines give way to mature oaks and open pastures, Turner Creek winds through the middle of the land, and a stock tank provides a great water source. Changes in elevation create hilltop views and multiple private settings to build your dream home, while openings throughout the woods make this a natural hunting ranch, with places for blinds and feeders and regular sightings of whitetail deer, hogs, and turkey. The area is also known for an abundance of ancient arrowheads scattered throughout the region. Improvements include a welded pipe entrance, an on-site electric pole, and partial fencing. Ideal for a private residence, a hunting retreat or running cattle, within 30 minutes of Bastrop, Giddings and Smithville. Wake up to wildlife outside your door, spend weekends exploring the creek and woods, and enjoy the freedom that only acreage like this can offer.
