816 Summit Street

816 Summit is over an acre of serene country living smack dab in the middle of town. Tucked down the private end of Summit Street off of Mission Road, a 2 bedroom 1 bath nature retreat awaits. Grass, trees and birds are your closest companions. With two out buildings, covered back patio, deck, and fire pit, you'll be out til dark or the dinner bell rings, whichever comes first. 816 Summit's iconic dinner bell is situated high on the hill right next to the covered front porch that overlooks the sprawling front lawn. Inside, you'll find the space has been refreshed with a renovated and spacious bathroom and shiplap accents. The owner has taken meticulous care to preserve 816 Summit's original character by retaining original hardwood floors in the living space and guest room, scalloped trim around the kitchen window, and gingerbread kitchen corner shelves. Perks include the full size laundry and mud room right inside the back door, wooden built-in shelving behind the bathroom door, and abundant kitchen cabinetry. 816 Summit's metal roof and vapor barrier protect the home from top to bottom. Ringing the dinner bell is more than a call to supper. It is an invitation to gather and give thanks. Sitting on over an acre, 816 Summit is the perfect place to do just that.
