20 Acres Phelan Road

A great opportunity to own 20 acres in East Iron County, just minutes from the Michigamme Reservoir, offering an ideal setting for a future home, recreational getaway, or Up North base camp. This recently harvested parcel was formerly a pine plantation and is now naturally regenerating with young poplar. A driveway base and gate are already in place at the road, with year-round access on a blacktop road and electricity available. Outdoor recreation is just minutes away, with a Michigamme Reservoir boat landing only about a half mile away. Spanning roughly 7,000 acres, the Michigamme Reservoir offers excellent boating, fishing, swimming, and year-round recreation. Conveniently located about 16 miles east of Crystal Falls and 30 miles north of Iron Mountain, this property combines a peaceful rural setting with easy access to nearby communities and some of the Upper Peninsula’s best outdoor opportunities.
