605 S Lee Street

What if your first home gave you a little more room than you expected? 605 S Lee puts you in a central Bloomington location with approximately 1,634 square feet above grade and spaces that feel surprisingly generous for this price point. Walk through the front door and you actually have a foyer. The large family room gives you room to settle in, while the oversized dining room has space for the table, the friends, the holidays, and probably a few chairs you weren't planning on needing. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms, while the large unfinished basement gives you additional storage for all your stuff you're parents won't let you store at their house for free anymore. Hardwood floors and some of the character of an older Bloomington home add personality, while the central location keeps so much of the city within easy reach. For someone looking to make the jump from renting to owning, this could be a chance to start with more room than you expected. Your first home doesn't have to feel like a starter home.
