115 S University Boulevard

An opportunity to acquire a notable Kingsville property with a longstanding local presence. The Country Luau operated for decades as one of the city’s established bars and was well known among generations of college students. The sale includes the real estate and all existing contents. Because the business has been closed for an extended period, financial information will not be provided. Included items consist of tables, chairs, bar stools, bar and kitchen equipment, and all other contents currently on the premises. The property requires a minor foundation repair, which the seller is willing to complete with an acceptable offer. A foundation estimate is available in the MLS supplements.
