Eastern Oregon Cattle Ranch and Farm - Masami Foods Ranch offers approximately 1,325.56 deeded acres in Oregon’s Goose Lake Valley near Lakeview. Meadow, pasture and hay ground span the Andy Hill Road and Westside Road portions of the property, creating room for grazing, forage production and day-to-day ranch operations. The Andy Hill Road headquarters includes a three-bedroom, two-bath home with an office, along with a barn, shop, hay barn and garages. A second headquarters on Westside Road adds another residence, a shop, hay storage, covered cattle facilities and a pump house. Together, the two sites offer flexibility for housing, equipment storage and livestock work.The ranch has produced grain hay and alfalfa, with reported hay production of 519 tons in 2024, 622 tons in 2025 and 830 tons in 2026. The lessee reports year-round carrying capacity of 300–400 head with winter hay feeding. Surface-water and groundwater rights are included in the ranch’s records, though their acreage, authorized use and availability should be independently verified.
