10268 Meadow Beauty Trail

Lot 438 is an east facing back in Lot that can accommodate any RV built today. There is a super sized open green space to your southeast which gives you no direct neighbors and there is an additional large green space to the rear of the lot. This lot is only steps away from the Dog Park that has a Tiki Hut for some shade while you watch the dogs playing. On the lot is an 8 x 14‘ unfinished Amazon shed that will give you the option to customize it with your own needs in mind. Attached to the Amazon shed is a large 8 x 14 foot extended porch with an overhead ceiling fan. You can add three roll down shades to the extended porch for additional privacy and shaded. This lot is complete with pavers in a nice soothing neutral color and has very nice landscaping with your own irrigation system. As a bonus the owner has offered you their lot with two swivel chairs and a loveseat, two swivel dining room chairs with a dining room table and a final bonus is a matching fire pit to help warm up those chilly evenings in January. Call for a personal viewing before it’s gone. Hope to see you at our five star Cypress Trail resort this coming 2026/2027 season.
