149 Knapps Highway 149

Rarely available second floor end unit! One of the very few units that boasts south-facing windows. Light runs through it all day and the views are among the best in the complex. The home comes fully furnished with high quality pieces and is hung with original artwork created by the owner (a working artist) so it arrives beautifully finished rather than empty. Please note the floor plan is a two bedroom, but only one bedroom is available to the tenant. The second bedroom stays locked and is reserved for the owner's storage (and is therefore not part of the leased space). The tenant is responsible for the electric bill only, all other utilities are included in the rent. Seeking a twelve month lease or longer.
