45.64+/- Acres Highway G

Set in Sauk County near White Mound County Park, just south of Reedsburg, this 45.64+/- acre estate offers gorgeous ridgetop building site options with panoramic views of the Driftless countryside. The land is 35+/- acres tillable with 10+/- acres wooded, a great combination to start a hobby farm, chase deer and turkeys, and enjoy the quiet scenery. An existing farm road entrance forms the foundation of your new driveway. The highest elevations of the property offer long-range views to the east, south, and west with ample sunshine to be soaked up. The terrain suits a walk-out design, and it’s easy to picture a large, rear-facing deck for mornings and evenings spent overlooking the property watching deer and turkeys. Fresh rubs and scrapes along the field edge and heavy browse on the soybeans show whitetails visit regularly. Tillable acres are primarily Valton Silt Loam, rented through harvest season. Not enrolled in any government programs.
