L 295 Whisper Winds Court

This lot, along with Lot 294, is located where the creek feeding Whisper Lake enters the lake. At some point in the past, this may have been a lakefront lot, but silt has accumulated, making the land toward the lake very marshy. The deed restricts building a house on the lot, and the septic permit application made 20 years ago was denied. Owning the property allows access to the Sapphire Valley Resort amenities and Whisper Lake. Sapphire Valley Resort amenities include Red Bird Golf Links, tennis, pickleball, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, hot tub, sauna, miniature golf, Lake Fairfield for swimming and boating, a ski and tubing slope, and year-round social and recreational activities.
