Twin Brooks Lodge offers a rare investment opportunity combining income-producing apartments, historic charm, and unique property features. Originally built to accommodate tourists as an Airbnb, the property now provides housing for five full-time tenants. The apartment building features five efficiency apartments including one handicap-accessible unit. Each apartment offers 1 bedroom, 1 bath, a living area, and an eat-in kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, and sink. Hardwood floors and mini-split heating and cooling provide comfort and easy maintenance. Adding to the property's character is a historic log cabin, previously used as a rental and currently vacant. The cabin is being sold as-is. Additional historic features include a log kitchen/shelter and a grist mill, creating a truly distinctive property with potential for additional income, personal use, or continued preservation of its unique history. Residents share a spacious laundry area with plenty of room for washing, folding, and organizing. Outside, a large covered porch with a handicap-accessible ramp provides a welcoming space to gather and relax while enjoying the peaceful surroundings and the soothing sounds of two streams flowing through the property. Whether you're an investor seeking rental income, someone looking for a unique property with multiple possibilities, or simply drawn to historic character and natural beauty, Twin Brooks Lodge deserves a closer look!
