Trail on end of E Washington Street

A RARE FIND in the city limits of East Tawas! A beautifully wooded 5.24 acres just beyond the end of East Washington Street in East Tawas! If you're looking for some privacy to build your dream home this may be what you've been waiting for and no need to look any further! There is a high & dry sandy ridge that runs through the property making this a property an ideal choice! Perhaps you would like to develop this property into several building sites, check with the City of East Tawas to discover all your possibilities! Currently this parcel is non-conforming due to the 30x32 finished garage and outbuilding improvements on the land. I'm sure you will want to have a plan in place to turn this park like setting into your own! There are a couple of fenced garden areas and some fruit trees. Plenty of deer and other wildlife in the area! The fall colors in this area are sure to be picture perfect! There is also a 29x12 shed on the property along with a 24x11 lean too! There is electricity to the garage, and I understand there is city sewer available at this time. Don't miss out on this opportunity! Should you have interest in this property but would also like a home as well, there is currently an adjoining property available at 1095 E. Lincoln St, East Tawas you may want to check out!
