11901 Sparks Road

This 91.72-acre property sits near the Clark County Forest and Lake Sherwood County Park and Campground, offering a secluded mix of water, timber, and open ground. A portion of the East Fork of the Black River runs through the southwest corner, with an additional stream on the eastern portion. Numerous deer trails and beds are found throughout the property, including in the open fields, suggesting consistent use by the local deer population. A mix of hardwood and softwood timber covers much of the property, and open grassland areas could be tilled or converted into food plots, with room for early and late season plantings. A long trail sets the camp area back from the road for added seclusion, and the site could support a remote camper or future building with power run in. Located near Pittsville for groceries and gas, the Clark County Forest for public hunting and hiking, and Lake Sherwood County Park and Campground for camping and fishing fun. This rec tract is ready for the hunt.
