The land offers all kinds of activities for buyers who are outdoor enthusiasts or simply chill specialists: The spacious deck is like audience seating to the views of the land, pond, and Catskills beyond. The level front meadow is perfect for volleyball, croquet, Ultimate Frisbee, and other lawn games. It even offers ample space to install a pickleball or tennis court. The deep swimming pond is ready for action: swimming, kayaking or just plain floating on a raft in peace and solitude. There is a nice dock for cocktail hour and/or sunsets. There are a few plum and peach trees peppered about between the home and the pond. The back forest has logging trails and one could carve out a great cross country ski loop in the meadows and into the back woods. After all outdoor or indoor activities... there is a massage/sauna room as well as a gym that can hold many pieces of gym equipment, as well as accommodation space for yoga. The guest house is a few steps away through a stone wall opening and has a separate entrance to a staircase, leading to light -filled spacious apartment with two bedrooms, full bath, kitchen and sitting area w/ a sunny east facing balcony for morning coffee. The large garage is below the apt w/ 12' ceilings. It 'L's off in back for ample storage and/or shop or art studio space. Between the guest house and the pond is a lovely fire pit under the trees.
