12 Hancock Rd

Welcome to your large, 3500+ square foot home on over 2 private acres with no HOA or city taxes near the Tennessee/Alabama line! There are also no restrictions! This unfinished home needs your touch, but has a handful of improvements that you'll appreciate. The downstairs HVAC unit was replaced 3 years ago. The kitchen has been gradually rebuilt and enlarged from the studs since 2016, with plumbing/electrical, granite tops, new appliances, tile backsplash, and new flooring. The upstairs bonus room (next to the laundry room) has had plumbing added for a master bathroom, with plenty of size, allowing the home to become a 5 bed, 4 bath residence. Excellent location - comps will support the renovations you're envisioning. The location offers a 30 minute drive to Huntsville, an hour and a half drive to Nashville, and a less than two hour commute to Chattanooga! If you can look past the cosmetics and make this home your own, you'll fall in love with a town that is one of the best kept secrets in Tennessee. Listing Agent can connect you with a renovation loan provider, and general contractor! Copy & paste our 3D Tour Link here: https://shorturl.at/4Ht19
