Rental Application & Screening Requirements All prospective tenants are required to complete a rental application and must successfully pass both a credit check and a criminal background check prior to approval. A non-refundable application and screening fee of $75.00 is required for each applicant age 18 or older. Each adult who will reside in the property must submit a separate application and pay the $75.00 fee. Payment of the application fee does not guarantee approval or acceptance of an application. Applications will be reviewed based on the property owner’s established rental criteria, which may include credit history, rental history, income, employment, criminal background, and other applicable screening criteria. All applicants will be evaluated consistently according to the same screening standards.
