Following are the final map requirements that were submitted and approved by the city. - Drainage study - Sewer study - Earthwork Quantities - Grading plans - Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan - Street plans - Public wall plans - Public landscaping plans - AT&T/Telephone done - PG&E Completed Pending submission/approval: - For Calwater plans, annual permit has been paid and only the Water plans are still pending with the water company. - Dust Control Plan (required before Construction) - Sewer & Strom Drain Plan Check and Inspection Fees - Street Plan Check and Inspection Fees. All the documents relevant to subdivision plans will be provided during the due diligence period.
