This 45 acre property is only 6.5 miles from the Dillards Ferry access to the lower Buffalo National River which is renowned for scenic floats, smallmouth bass fishing, camping, and hiking trails. Less than 20 miles to the north are the clear waters of Bull Shoals Lake and to the east is the world class trout fishing waters of the White River. City water line is at the beginning of the driveway where it leave state maintained paved highway 14. The land has a variety of terrain and vegetation.
