He can tell you a lot of history from the neighborhood through the years. This is a very nice solid house loaded with charm! The beautiful natural and untouched woodwork is amazing! The eat-in kitchen is very cool too, with natural wood cabinets and the (non-working) dishwasher that was installed in 1953!
