Pleasant's Community Conservation (CC) zoning classification. This zoning designation is strictly designed to preserve the character and density of historic, low-density residential neighborhoods. Allowed uses are primarily residential. Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) are generally permitted provided they meet specific criteria. This property is also located in the new Ten Mile Community Overlay District in the Town of Mt. Pleasant. Please note that the chain-link fenceis not the lot line. It is believed that the lot line should be approximately 18 to 20 feet to the left of the chain link fence. Three flagged markers have been placed in the approximate location as to where the lot line is "probably" located, but this is not guaranteed.
