The Price Right Tree Farm is an established tree operation in southwestern McCurtain County. This property provides the opportunity to own a marketable variety of uniform trees. The ranch also offers recreation with over 4 acres of surface water capable of being managed for waterfowl hunting. The farm currently employs one person with 30 years of experience caring for and maintaining trees. The topography is very subtle, drains south to the river, and consists primarily of Class 1 loamy soils. Approximately 90% of the property is in the 100 year floodplain.
