Entrance to this apartment is around the back of the building and up to the second floor. You enter through the very nice sized living room that faces both the front and back of the property. The Dining Room is right next to the Kitchen but could also be an at home office, or den. The Kitchen is galley style that lends space for a table and chairs. The bathroom has been updated and is of nice size and offers a tub/shower. The Bedroom is on the other side of the apartment from the Living Room for total privacy. This room also looks over the front and the back of the property. There is a large common ground yard for the tenants to share as well as a parking lot for parking. NO PETS. The landlord requires all applicants over 18 to have a credit score of 600 or more and have no criminal background. This is a month to month lease.
