While I was there taking photos I scared the deer and the deer scared me. It was really cool. This home is a true log cabin and would be a great starter home for anyone or a great place to size down and retire too. By what I can see it seems very solid and like it has been loved and cared for. It has solid wood cathedral cealings and wood floors with log walls and solid wood cabits. Several built ins even a built in murphy bed in the 2nd bedroom. The half bath is locataed toward to front potion of the hall and located in it is the washer and dryer area. The full bath is located in the main bedroom and has a shower tub in it. It has a Trek Deck they use a hidden fastening system to fasten them down and are known for their 25 year no maintence pitch. It has a new septic owner owned, propaine tank also owner owned (meaning they come with house they are paid for not leased. It has well water, however the well is a part of the Wildfire addition You pay a 50.00 a month $600.00 annual fee to HOA for maintence on the well and maitenence on the roads. However you do not have a water bill and you still have the perks of getting well water. This land is gorgeous, it has several good size cleared out areas, but also lots of trees and wooded spots. Its just a really great little spot if you enjoy country living, outdoors, wildlife etc.
