It may require a little sleuthing to find a leak the sellers could not locate, but it's tarped and has stayed dry for them. Great for those looking to enjoy 3 seasons at the lake, and if you're handy, this price gives you plenty of room to work with to bring it to what others in the park recently sold for. Some folks have been here 20+ years including these owners, theres a mix of ages throughout. They don't make parks like this anymore. There's a day dock for pickup and drop off. Some residents have a mooring or boat slip (there's a waitlist) others valet with various marinas in the area. The lake is calling you.
