John and Eva Hines opened the establishment in 1985 and operated it until the devastating flood of 2011 convinced them to put the business up for sale. Hines Grocery has expanded over the years and offers a menu full of great food. Hines Grocery offers breakfast and lunch six days a week and turns into a phenomenal steak house on Friday and Saturday nights. The facility has two spacious dining areas with big screen TV's.
