Affordable Homeownership Opportunity!- This new construction 3-bed 2-bath home is offered to First Time Homebuyers who meet the income guidelines. Home buyers must earn less than 80% of the area median income (AMI) for the Columbia, MO metro area (see chart in photos.) In addition, there are down-payment assistance funds of up to 20% plus up to $5,000 as a closing cost credit available to qualifying buyers. These funds, and the home, are offered by Columbia Missouri Community Housing Development through an income-qualified program, created to assist buyers that are unable to purchase a home in the traditional housing market.
