The house is heated with radiant floor heating on seven zones and a gorgeous modern Jøtul stove; it is cooled with hidden mini-splits. An HRV system ensures healthy air exchange throughout. The paneled living room has towering windows framing views of the creek and dark-stained cedar ceilings overhead.
