Peace abounds in Gatlinburg's only 'Authentic Log Cabin Community'. You feel like you are going back in time but are just a short drive to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg or the 'Great Smoky Mountains National Park!' 807 Old New Ground Rd previously had a cabin on the property that went with the 2016 fires. It has a two bedroom septic w/ new riser and a well in place. It is accessible by all paved roads and has a paved driveway. Builder simply needs to uncover the existing septic and have it inspected by Environmental Health. To keep the amazing ambiance of the community a new build must contain at least 51% authentic old logs. However, these can be split and used as siding if using traditional building methods.
