Working alongside architect Risa Boyer and high-performance builder Josh Salinger, the sellers approached the project as both craft and education, preserving the soaring post-and-beam ceilings while quietly upgrading the home to modern performance standards. The result is a house that feels both grounded and expansive. Walls of Loewen glass draw the outside in; a reimagined rear façade opens to a courtyard pool reminiscent of Palm Springs.
