As the crow flies, this 37.5-acre property is approximately ¼ mile east of Black Lake. Cross the conveniently close Ogdensburg-Prescott International Bridge, and continue north to the colorful and historic downtown Ottawa, ~70 miles away, or travel northeast ~125 miles, to visit Montreal, Quebec.
