Re-authored mid-century home in Boise's Central Rim. Living, dining, and kitchen open toward the backyard, where a full window wall frames the pool and pulls the center of the home outward. The house was reconsidered as a whole rather than updated in pieces. Original elements were kept where they carried weight; new decisions were made in relation to the rest. The result feels complete and internally consistent. Approximately 2,700 square feet, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The layout has been reworked around daily life, with clear transitions between spaces. Cabinetry, surfaces, and trim follow a unified system throughout, so each room relates quietly to the next rather than standing alone. Bedrooms are simple and well-proportioned. Storage, lighting, and transitions were resolved with the same care. The backyard reads as an extension of the interior. The pool has been restored and anchored by its original flagstone coping, paired with a custom waterfall and outdoor bar built for gathering.
