There is new carpet in the FROG bedroom, new carpet and LVP flooring in the second floor flex space, but hardwood and tile bathroom floors throughout the main floor and the stairwell. The primary bath has natural light and four banks of storage drawers in the two sink vanities and room for a make-up stool and/or hamper. Check out the tile shower bench, storage niche and two shower heads in the primary shower. There are two walk-in closets off the lakeview primary bedroom. Downstairs guest bedrooms have ceiling fans and en-suite baths. Either or both bathrooms can be opened to the hallway for use as powder rooms or shared if the office is used as a 4th bedroom.
